Welcome to VELU. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to VELU Clothing, a Canadian-owned and operated brand. We provide access to our website, services, and products (the "Services") through veluclothing.com, powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies linked on our site, govern your access to and use of our Services. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

3. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us at support@veluclothing.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
You agree that purchases are for personal use only, not for resale. Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
By completing a transaction, you confirm that:
- Your payment information is accurate and authorized
- You will pay all charges incurred under your account
- You are responsible for any additional charges (e.g., customs, duties)
5. Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee shipping times. Once an item has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@veluclothing.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and product names — is the intellectual property of VELU or its licensors and protected under Canadian and international law.
