We keep it simple — all prices on our website already include standard shipping anywhere in Canada.

There's no minimum purchase and no hidden fees at checkout.

Every order ships directly from our Vancouver studio, supporting local production and fair delivery costs that reflect our values.

Order Processing Times

All orders are carefully packed at our Vancouver studio and shipped within 2–4 business days.

We do not process orders on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship with trusted Canadian carriers such as Canada Post and Sendle to ensure reliable nationwide delivery.

- Standard Shipping: Included in the product price — estimated delivery in 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost — typically arrives within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, remote locations, holidays, or carrier delays. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
