Returns & Refunds at VELU

We're proud of the products we make, and we want you to love every piece you receive. That said, we're a small Canadian brand, and we ask for your understanding and fairness when it comes to returns.

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. All returns are subject to approval and must meet the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
- You must include proof of purchase or order number.
- Returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back.

We do not accept returns of:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Items returned without prior authorization.

Returns that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@veluclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions and a prepaid return shipping label where applicable. Please note:
- For first-time size exchanges, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
- For refunds or additional exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any items sent back without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veluclothing.com with photos and order info. We'll evaluate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer one free size exchange per order. For additional exchanges of the same product, return shipping will be at your expense.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please email us at support@veluclothing.com.
